Shipping Policy
We carefully pack every Papier HQ order to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully.
New Zealand Shipping
For full-price orders within New Zealand:
- Free shipping on orders over $199
- Orders under $199 are charged at the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
During promotional or sale periods, our standard promotional shipping rate is $9.95, unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping promotions and discount periods may have separate terms, which will always be communicated at the time of the offer.
Australia Shipping
Australian shipping is calculated based on the value of your order:
- Orders up to $49: $15
- $49–$99: $20
- $99–$299: $25
- Orders over $299: $30
We currently do not offer free shipping to Australia unless specifically included as part of a promotion.
Please note: Free NZ shipping over $199 applies to full-price orders only. During sale events, a flat $9.95 shipping rate applies.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Some of our custom, personalised and framed pieces are made especially for you and may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Any relevant production or lead times will be noted on the individual product page.
Larger & Oversized Orders
Larger or oversized pieces may require specialised delivery. Where additional freight charges apply, these will either be shown at checkout or communicated with you before your order is dispatched. A0 frames need longer production time of 4 weeks.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has left Papier HQ, delivery timeframes are managed by our courier partners. While we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong, delays caused by couriers, weather, peak-season volumes or other circumstances outside our control can occasionally occur.

International Orders
For any destinations not currently available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order and we can advise whether shipping is available and provide a freight quote.
