Start with one of our beautiful templates, and we'll create a stationery look that perfectly fits your vision for your special day. We offer an extensive colour palette across all of our templates! Don’t see the colour you like? Simply send us your colour scheme, and we can match it.

For ideas on print colour options and combinations, please visit our events Instagram @papierhqevents. Once we receive your order, our team will email you a template to fill out with all the finer details. From there, we create a proof and email it to you for your approval before printing.

Changes you can make to our templates include:

  • Text
  • Colours

Additionally, all of our artwork can be customised with foil, letterpress, and acrylic options. These may incur an additional cost, so please contact us for further information.

New Zealand Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us within this timeframe to utilise our free returns service. Please note that Gift Cards, custom art, and wedding stationery are not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. For any items damaged during transit, please reach out to us, and we will arrange a replacement print.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts (not due to our error), or is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Australian Returns:

We do not accept returns from our Australian customers, unless the item was damaged during transit. We can however exchange for a different size. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance at hello@papierhq.co.nz

Exchanges (if applicable):

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, or if you need a different size. Please note that custom items are not eligible for exchange, as they are made specifically for our customers. If you would like to request an exchange, please email us at hello@papierhq.co.nz.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be issued to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, the refund will be processed to the gift giver’s original payment method, and they will be notified of the return.

How much notice do we need for a wedding?
We need 4 weeks. This allows time for printing, designing and couriering your products to you. If you have a last minute order please email us at  hello@papierhq.co.nz and we will advise if we can squeeze you in or not.

How long do couriers take?
We always pay for the tracked 2-6 day service but due to covid this can sometimes take longer. You will get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as it is ready to be picked up.

I've been emailed a tracking link but there's no information attached to it?
This means the courier hasn't picked it up yet. As soon as they scan it in their DC it will start tracking your order.

I haven't been emailed a tracking link?
Our system automatically sends you a tracking link so make sure you check your spam folder. Sometimes email addresses get put in incorrectly too so double check this once you order.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
This can unfortunately happen in transit sometimes. We replace all damaged orders. Please send us an image to hello@papierhq.co.nz

I can't find a design that I like. Are you able to do a custom design?

Who designs our wedding stationery?

All of our stationery is designed in house at Papier hq by our small design team.

What paper are our invites printed on?

We use a beautiful matte 240gsm card or a linen-textured card depending on your preference. Our paper stock gives our prints a very high quality, long-lasting and beautiful finish.

We also have the ability to foil press, emboss, deboss and print on acrylic. For customised printing please email us at wholesale@papierhq.co.nz

I can't find a design that I like. Are you able to do a custom design?

Yes we can! Just send us an email to weddings@papierhq.co.nz and we will be able to make your dream set!

Do you offer wedding consultations in your studio?

Yes we do! You're welcome to email us at weddings@papierhq.co.nz to schedule a wedding stationery consultation. The cost is $50 and you can take this off off your final wedding stationery bill when ordering.
